DEFINITIONS
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner and the Hirer, these terms and conditions shall be the only terms and conditions on which the Owner will provide the goods and or services to the Hirer.
These Terms are deemed to be accepted by the Hirer on payment of a booking deposit, on receipt by the Owner.
The hiring of the equipment will commence from the commencement date specified on the hirer invoice and continue for the term specified.
The hirer is entitled to use the equipment for the hire period. Any extension of the period must be agreed to by the owner.
The hirer acknowledges responsibility for the equipment and is liable for any damage.
The owner will not refund any hire charge monies if Hirer elects to return goods prior to the end of the hire period, regardless of reason.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required within 24hrs of receiving your quote, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to do so will result in all requested hire equipment being made available again for public hire.
Full payment is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the date of hirer’s event. Failure to make this payment deadline will result in goods and services not being dispatched or undertaken.
If booking is placed less than 14 days from event date, then payment in full is required within 24 hours from invoice issue date.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
An additional security bond is required (amount dependant on goods hired) and will need to be paid with remaining amount of invoice. which will then be refunded once goods are returned in condition hirer received goods in.
Hirer must allow 7 business days for refund to be processed.
CANCELLATION AND VARIATIONS
If event must be rescheduled deposit will be carried over to new booking, subject to availability
cancellation with notice of 30 days or more will not incur any charges. excluding the non-refundable deposit
cancellation with less then 30 days' notice will be required to pay 50% of invoice amount.
cancellation within 7 days will be required to pay full invoice amount.
BALLOON GARLANDS
All balloon garlands are made custom to hirers event, they will not be sold or reused by owner.
It is the hirers responsibility to discard of any balloons once event is complete.
If the Hirer wishes for the Owner to dispose of balloon garland an additional $100 disposal fee will be charged.
The Owner Holds no responsibility for any weather conditions or damage to balloon garlands once The Owner has vacated the premises.
